looks like ashley renee on the left -- that probabbly makes it over 10 years old.
 
I had this magazine, and its not a video that I'm aware of.....it was in a magazine that I once had.
 
It IS from a video. And the pics you saw in a magazine were stills/out takes. L-R Ashley Renee and I Will Never Forget What's her name?

It is about a mad tickling scientist experimenting on Ashlee and a young girl reporter snooping who ends up getting tickled, too. The doc is punished by both AR and Who her?

I always wanted to buy the vid but never found it. I saw pics online and a description.
 
There's a short clip on the interwebs where renee is free and tickles the girl who is sitting besides her. It's an old clip, like maybe around 30 sec.
 
It'a bit more than10 years. I think that pictures were in an issue of Tied and Tickled. It was a magazine. I've seen the movie, and I think it was product by FM concepts. On left is Ashley René. The blond girl is Christine Beaumont. They are prisonners of a mad scientist woman. There is a long scene with the vibrators under the soles.
