I recall being told that those pages were part of a comic that only had tickling for those bits. From what I can remember, the rest of it wasn't so light.

Hmm.. Well thanks for the info so far. I know the artist's name, but I couldn't find anything else from him at all. It was dated 96' so I'm afraid it's rather old. I wouldn't mind reading the rest of the comic, though if anyone has information on where I can find it!

I was intrigued by the feather tipped gloves, and did a little digging. Unfortunately, those three pages are in fact the only tickling scene. Nevertheless, if anyone is still interested, the comic in question is called "Black Czarina". The artist's non de plume is Salomon Grundig. His real name is Carlos Pedrazzini.
