Having trouble dragging the photo into the “box”.
Is there a way to upload a photo from my mobile device onto the site?
 
I do not think you can drag photos into the box. Unless your phone's internet browser supports looking through the files one your phone to post, I do not think the forum software will let you. A true mobile experience for the forum would presumably accommodate this, but we do not have that.
