No updates in almost 7 years but the store is still there. And yes I agree that clip does look like Tickle Horror.

I have pretty much every video they ever made and I don't see it anywhere in my collection. I also noticed that none of their X frames looked quite like this one. I honestly don't think this is theirs.

I'm going with Tickle Horror - final answer (or Tickle Torture House - I think that's the last name they listed their store under). If you search through their older stuff you see videos that look like the one on PH, even though I can't find this EXACT one their are numerous ones with people on the X. If its not them it has to be someone affiliated with them, like LL&L Video Productions - the style is so similar.
