M 30 here. Just wondering if there were people ( male or female) here that live in Baltimore. Always wondered if there was tickling comunity in baltimore .
 
I live in Columbia. There isn't a strong Tickle Community to my knowledge, but there are several Fetish communities in and around the city. Your best bet is to get on fetlife and search for some groups there, like Columbia unwound. A lot of them have events at the Baltimore Playhouse.
