Found this artwork around. Also what is the watering can or what ever that thing is next to the lady suppose to do?

As the water drips out the can gets lighter an lifts up causing the feathers to drop down to her feet.
 
Hmmm, that would be the work of R1n, I believe, although they've gone through so many name-changes and their art has evolved so much that it's hard to know for sure. XD
 
It belongs to ScreamPunkArts.... If you want his older works like that you'll have to get people to upload it (i have a collection of them myself) since the guy is a bit of a nutcase. Pretty much once a year he goes mental, declares war on DeviantArt or his fans or both, deletes his everything and runs from the internet, only later to return like 2 weeks later with a new name and pretending he never did anything.
