when i was in the third grade back in 98 and 99 i saw this cartoon real early in the morning like around 6 am and i dont know if it was a cartoon series or a between episodes thing cuz i was so young, but it had a group of kids who had some kind of toy tickle box where they put their feet in and it tickled their feet, then one kid got stuck or something, anyone have the clip or know the name of the cartoon series?
