Anyone know about your fetish? What is their reaction.

People I have dated\been in relationships with obviously know. Some close friends know too.

My best friend in the whole world did not have a clue until her and I became a couple and delightfully became "one of us". Her life long bestie found out the hard or should I say, "ticklish" way. ;0)
 
For me, tickling is tied to private interaction with another person. So I don't reveal to others any more than I would discuss other things I may do intimately with someone. If asked generically if I am into tickling, I have no problem revealing my own feelings; however, once I admit I am into tickling, by inference people who know whom I've been involved most likely were involved in tickling. Since I am a Ler, that implies my partners are probably ticklish. My partners may not be comfortable knowing about their ticklishness. That keeps me from saying too much.
I can say in almost all cases I told my romantic partners about my tickling desires before we had engaged in any real tickle play. Never got turned down so far.
 
Wife knows pretty well as well as some past partners, and friends. They get it, and don't judge too harshly. They even get to enjoy my giggles, twitches, and cries for more.😜 but I keep my kinks pretty isolated besides those people.

I was way more open about it when I was younger but now its more shared on a need to know basis.
 
Some close female friends of mine know and have kindly indulged me over the years. When I told them they often seemed more curious and intrigued rather than put off, which I found reassuring.

As a kid I also inadvertently admitted to my aunt that I liked feet….while massaging her nylon feet! Thankfully, she didn’t say anything to anyone but just smiled a knowing smile.

It's been the opposite for me. I was very closeted about these things when I was younger. I've become a lot more open about these things as I've gotten older. But like you, I still don't share these things with just anyone.

There's definitely a time and a place for talking of our brand of fun, pleasure, and playtime.
I'm strategic about how I talk about these things anymore, but here on TMF I'm pretty open about all of it.
 
Several people know, but they're all in the tickling community, including my wife. I keep that side of myself private otherwise. There are a few people I might tell under the right circumstances, but very unlikely. In part, I keep it more private because I'm also guarding my wife's privacy by not sharing it. If I decided to share it, it would be because we both decided to share it.
 
Quite a few of my friends know I'm ticklish, but none of them know I actually enjoy it.
 
Just my partner, a friend of mine and the other person running the studio in terms of my social circle. My partner and my friend find it weird but not in a negative way, they are quite supportive and interested in the topic. But to be fair, it is quite weird that I like feet and tickling. People do not understand the appeal, but as I said they are quite supportive.

As for the other person running the studio, his whole family and friends know about his fetish and that he has a tickle studio. He is quite open about it and as far as I can tell, his experience is very positive
 
I'm more relaxed about it now than I was in my younger days. But the few people I have told have been pretty good about it thankfully.
 
A family member knows. They rag me for it (good-naturedly) but overall they don't seem to care one way or the other. It's just what I'm into.

There's plenty of fetishes out there. Tickling can seem niche but it's pretty "normal" in the big scheme of things.

No one knows. No one in my life needs to know that (and i don't think they want to know that), and I don't have a girlfriend to share it with.

At most I told only two people many years ago that I liked being tickled, but that's it.
 
In real life, probably only a couple of people I've dated or had relationships with. Given we're in sexual relationships it doesn't seem to be a big deal. It's more a case of 'oh you like that? I like this...'

Do friends and coworkers know? Nooooo and I'd prefer to keep it that way.
 
Pretty private about the tickling. It's funny because I also have a foot fetish but that seems so much more pedestrian now and something I am/would be more willing to be open about with others.
 
Most people have had a meh response when I thought at like 16 they'd be horrified. My dad the way I was working myself up to telling him first when I was 16 probably was assuming oh God here we go. My son is gay. When I finally said he was meh, I like butts and my first wife (not my mom) liked to be spanked.

My best friends in college and still to this day thought it was funny and give me shit about it all the time, but as I know these mates have my back in everything else I just accept that they find it odd and funny.
