This is absolutely a thing. A lot of "people who work with tickle videos or any porn artistic material" offer private sessions/meets or collect personal clients so that they can sell shoes, foot pics, etc. They also may produce their own custom material and you can't exactly request something from them if you can't contact them.

I'm not a fan of creepy stalker-types harassing models either but let's not dogpile the guy just yet for asking a question.

Your best bet is to contact the producer of the video in question and ask them if they are still in touch with her. If so, they can reach out to her on your behalf and see how she would like to handle it. Some models are okay with direct contact and others prefer to go through a third party, especially if they don't produce content themselves and would need to rope a producer into the equation anyway.

That said, if the video truly is as old as Thor says it may be, your odds are slim to none, and Slim left town.

Clip is at least as old as Thor says, and Britney stopped making content with them years before they shut down. Tickle Central has also, as far as I know, passed away.

Not only did Tickle Central shut down a few years ago but that was one of their earlier videos. That video is close to 20 years old if not older. I'm sorry but you'd have a hard time finding her if she's even still in the business.
