anyone know this cartoon clip??

I know this cartoon, I'm not sure in original title but polish title is "Królowie i królowe" ("Kings and queens"). It's a cartoon of kingdom with many castles, and anthropomorphics animals as kings and queens. This mouse is a queen Gili-Gili (I'm not sure in English, propably Ghili-Ghili or Coochie-Coochie) and she tickles other characters to make them smile. Thank you for this link because I looking for this very long time.
