This is a german video a long time ago from "Sockenmaedchen". I think the name of the video was "tickle terror". But i don´t find it anywhere in the Internet, i think it doesn´t exist anymore. I had a phycial copy of it many years ago but don´t have it anymore.

Interesting. So you're spot on with the producer, however I think it's Tickle Terror 3 that's the clip with the cat. Unfortunately, I've only found old threads with broken links, I can't even find a preview.

Now that we know the producer and title, I'm hoping the hivemind here can find an active source for this video. Anything helps, thanks!
