It’s from an old FM Concepts VHS video. I can’t remember which one, but I do remember she wasn’t very ticklish. I doubt that video was ever digitized so there’s probably no corresponding on-line clip, but you may want to send your query to a contact at www.fmconcepts.com for a positive ID. Once you know the exact title, you may be able to pick it up on some ebay type site.

It is an early FM, probably with a ID number under 100, back when they were only doing foot tickling. All of that stuff has been out of print for a while, but FM might have started to digitize it, so it won't hurt to ask them.
