What you *should* do, is find a model willing to work for royalties, IE, a portion of the sales of the video, rather than an hourly rate. Or, rope an open-minded friend into it. Like this young lady you claim to know. Ask her to do you a favor and shoot the video for free.
Then, when the tape is out, use the profits from it to invest in the other tools you'll need, and let the business pay for itself. It'll be slow going, but if you're broke, it may be the only choice.
