my names Richard, i'm 27 from Leicester.

Im starting this thread to find out how many ticklers and ticklees are in or close to Leicester or the midlands.

I'm doing this because i'm hoping to arrange some tickle parties in the future and maybe even find a few local Lee's to have some fun with.
