maybe she was uncomfortable with them tickling her, I probably wouldnt respond to howard's creepy ass either. ticklishness depends on a lot of things

It's also worth noting not everyone has a fetish and thinks about tickling as much. They know it tickles, they know it sucks and can't stand it, therefore they're "really ticklish" as far as they know. They're not watching tickleporn here or amatuer 'just kidding around' youtube clips where people start screaming and flailing at the slightest touch, so they're not really thinking about it to that extreme.

Also, tickling is a psychological thing as well. Sometimes we are simply not as ticklish as other times cause we're not in the right mindframe. I have heard of people who have experience being tickled to tears by people they know, not getting as strong or anywhere near as strong a reaction when they are tickled if they are uncomfortable with their tickler.

I had a GF that was normally like 0.1 on a 10 pt ticklish scale. There was only one time I tickled her to tears and it involved me tucking her into bed (I was staying at her parent's house) and when spreading out the cover sheet, I over shot most of her body and ended up covering her head and leaving her feet exposed. She started kicking her legs and giggling and I reached down and ticked her feet playfully and she lost it kicking and fighting to get untangled from the sheet.

Clearly she was in the right state of mind, because any other time that wouldn't happen.
