anyone tickle dangling feet or had thier feet tickling when dangling?

Just started thinking about a time when I was on a double deck boat years back doing an island excursion there were women up on the top dangling their feet over a ledge, not dangerous though since thier were bars to protect anyone from falling. It did not take to long for someone to be tempted enough to give the feet a tickle. You could hear the laughter they pulled away, but then continued to dangle and wiggle thier toes. A fun sight to watch indeed. I did not partake since I did not know any of them. The only time I can remember this happening to me is when I was younger I would dangle my feet off the bunk bed my legs would rest on a bar and my brother would grab my legs and they would become imobile pressed up against the wood leaving me stuck with the other free hand he would tickle my feet if there were socks on he would take them off to get them better. I would get my payback though since he would do the same thing LOL. The funny thing is he seemed to be more ticklish than me which is hard to believe.

When I worked in television, I was assigned a presidential debate in Arizona in 2004. I walked over to the platforms we had built earlier that week to accomodate all the reporters and our reporter was sitting with her feet dangling over the edge, wearing heels that were basically dangling from her toes. I was working under the platform, connecting various cables, etc when both her shoes fell to the ground. I picked them up and stod up to give them back to her and she asked me to just leave them there, since she had been on her feet all day and was more comfortable in her bare feet and no one could see them when she was on the air anyway. So I put them back down but then reached up and tickled her left foot. She squealed, but never pulled her leg away. She shook her free leg like crazy for a second, though. But, I was working, so I stopped. ne of the great things working in television, you become very close to your coworkers and you are accustomed to being in close, cramped quarters, so touching is not looked upon as a necessarily negative thing, as long as it's discreet and non-invasive.
