Hm.... Very interesting/unnerving article.
With the multi-billion dollar porn industry, I don't think it's very likely an outright 'banning' would be possible (unless all facades of democracy are abandoned and the United Kingdom falls into a government more similar to China).

I'd say 'Big Brother' becoming more and more obvious with its power over the general populace, versus a "cleansing" of the internet.
