I have to agree Elf, it depends on the person. My ex could stand a tickling in nylons but don't try her bare feet, unless you wanted the silent treatment for a couple of days. ;[)
 
I think if a girls feet are real ticklish, it doesnt matter. Although everyone is different. I rather tickle barefeet :bump:
 
As a stocking foot lover, I just hope that stocking feet are more ticklish!
