Are some area's of the country more open to tickling/fetishes than others?

One of the things I like about living in the mid-Atlantic(Maryland) is you're in fairly close proximity to Philly, and NYC. Feet of Philly parties have been going on for years, and the girls at those parties are great. Plus the TMF hold's NEST in Philly as well (although I haven't attended NEST in years). So all this is just a 2 hr. drive from where I live. NYC is only about 4 hours away and while that is a long drive, it's still relatively close and they have at least 3 foot party groups in the Big Apple.

I think LA has some foot fetish parties(foot night is there quite often) but other than that, it seems like these parties don't exist in other parts of the U.S.

There were awesome foot parties in Tampa, but I don't hear too much about them anymore. Plus I believe Tampa is also where they have fetish-con every year, but that's a literal smorgasbord of fetishes, and I'm talking primarily about feet and tickling(plus that convention's in Fla in August where it's 110 degrees in the shade).

I'm asking because I've always wanted to move back to Atlanta, and I may be able to do so now. It's an awesome fun party town, with great weather, lots of available jobs, and also surprisingly inexpensive. Only problem is from what I've heard the foot/tickling/fetish scene in that part of the country is dead.

Same with Nashville, another cool city where I've considered relocating. I just don't hear about fetish parties in the South, Mid-South, Southwest etc.

I think you're right. I don't know anything about Atlanta specifically but the east and west coasts are definitely more open to fetishes than other places.

One thing I've always thought was interesting about footnight and other parties is where they are. I mean there's parties in California, Vegas, Texas, Louisiana at one point, and Florida. Then there's the Philly parties, New York parties and sometimes footnight in Boston. Notice how they're all around the edge of the country? There are parties by local dungeons in the middle of the country but they're not that well publicized and they're not by the companies that everyone knows. The only footnight in the midwest is Detroit. The bigger companies do seem to stay out of certain parts of the country and that could be due to a lack of interest in those parts.

The easiest way to spot a tickle fetishist is to bring it up up sometimes in casual conversation. Does "such and such tickle your fancy?" You'll want to look at the eyes, and if they're blushing. But yeah. Yeah.
