Check out www.PurplePassion.com. In My opinion, it's THE best fetish store here in New York City. Nice, sturdy leather wrist/ankle restraints with D-rings--some fleece lined--will run you anywhere from $40-$50. You'll find these under 'Bondage Items'.

Where in the US are you? Most adult bookstores have a small selection of fetish-related items like blindfolds, restraints, gags, etc. The stores here do, as well as the ones back in Florida--they're a bit decent, and will run you anywhere between $25 and $40.

Don't know where in upstate NY you are, dbys. But, if you're anywhere near the Binghamton area, there's a store on upper Court Street called Allies. They're primarily a porn shop. But, they used to carry some decent restrainst...similar to what MsDiva is talking about.

I really like my soft hospital restraints (a gift from a friend) you may be able to find them at a medical supply store, I'll bet they're pretty cheap~there's not much to them and they're surprisingly comfy and strong!
