Definetly, when ever a partner has tickled me its always been waaaaaay more ticklish, I've had good sessions with people I'm comfortable with but nothing compares to how comfortable I am with a partner and the comfort factor affetcs me greatly. I've also tried sessioning with people I'm totally uncomfortable with and have been completey not ticklish, one was with a very skilled tickler too, but nevertheless, nothing.

Its not the same for everyone I'm sure, in fact I wish it didn't matter so I could be just as ticklish all the time but that's just how I am.

I think it depends on how good they can tickle. I'm sure it doesn't work on me. Anyone can tickle me, if they know how to do it.

I agree about the comfort level that you have with the person, because that'll determine how far/long you'll be willing to go before it becomes too much. Also, they can access areas that you otherwise wouldn't be willing to be tickled in. On the flip side though, being with a stranger can put a person more on edge.

It has always tickled more when a partner has tickled me then a complete stranger tickling me. I agree with everyone else saying it is because they are more comfortable with a partner then a complete stranger.

probably a stranger because she would explore all areas until she found the best target spot where as my wife she knows where all my tickle spots are as would a person who has tickled me before
