Arm binders- Do they make tickling way more intense?

I had the privilege of having Charlielou stay over last Thursday...we ended up busting out the arm binder ive not used before, for a tickle clip. It was totally helpless, and honestly seemed so much more intense. We took in turns to sit on each other's hips, with the arm binder exposing our armpits-neck and ribs... i genuinely think this kind of position and type of restraint changes the intensity to another level. Especially with the eye contact...it was soooooo extreme.
