This is hilarious - internet 'journalist' writes a clickbait article about tickle porn sites, then proceeds to list a bunch of obscure sites that most tickle fans have never even heard of, and a couple of commercial porn sites that don't even make tickle clips. The author seems more interested in sites that make 'ethical porn' than anything to do with tickling. It mentions a random clips4sale store, but even then, chooses one that seems pretty unknown and hasn't been updated in the last couple of years!

I think you can safely disregard the 'Netflix of tickle porn' comment (and the others)..it's just designed to get you to sign up for these sites so they can make money through the referral links.
