Asexual as in not experiencing sexual around or attraction. While I very much enjoy tickling and consider it a fetish, I enjoy it in, completely non sexual way, as in a hobby I guess would be the way to put it.

Honestly, I don't see why not. I'm not asexual, but I don't think the sexual aspects are the only appealing things about tickling.
