It isnt....
You can definitly tell its a cut and paste job. Look at the face, the way the two different hair tones/lighting make a seem. Around the face the hair is shinier with a bluer tint while the back of the head is dim and almost purple in highlight. And like Jordan said, it looks like the tickler doesnt have any fingertips, that or that girl has the deepest soles on the planet......
