zip ties are great in a pinch, but in the future, I suggest you wrap her ankles with small towels or other cloth and wrap the ties around those to avoid the ties edges cutting into her skin.
 
Yeah we actually bought some body restriction tools that doesn’t hurt skin. Will try them out next time.
