I'm looking for a clip that I once watched on YouTube many years ago. It was an Asian woman (named Grace according to the title) getting tickled with her feet propped up on a table.
Near the beginning she says "maybe I'm ticklish because my feet are so small".
She looked to be a woman from the Philippines physically, but I'm not sure. I do know that the wall behind her was blue.
The image attached below is not related to the actual video but the wall was almost exactly that shade of blue; perhaps it would help as a visual aid.
