Just really, really missing my mother. I mean, I always do but especially during the holidays. One would think that after two years I would be a little used to it by now..............

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that, my dear. I don't suppose it's ever supposed to really get better. The pain might fade slightly, but you're still going to miss her every year.

Do you have friends / supports to talk with during this painful time?

Yeah, I'm thinking the holidays are just always going to have a sadness to them before that they never did.

I do. Now if I would just learn to lean on others instead of trying to do it all myself, it might be more beneficial to me.

I'm heading out with a friend of mine tonight. We're just going to have a girl's night out and well, see what we can get ourselves into. :jester:

Tomorrow will probably be a day of recovery. You just don't bounce back as quickly at 33 as you did when you were 22 lol.

I usually prefer beer but I like a lot of things, depending on my mood. Wine, Long Islands, cranberry and vodka, tequila, whatever the bar's cheap drink special is, etc........

And yes I have actually lol.

I much prefer being tickled while sober. Drunk tickles are fun and silly but sometimes I just, I dunno, want sober tickles lol. I don't want to "numb" myself anymore than I have to. I want to be able to feel everything.


And no. Haven't for years. What a Scrooge huh?
