I would ask the fairy for a hunting/survival knife, a crapload of matches, and one of those "flare guns", as I believe they're called, so I can send a flare off if a ship or plane is passing by.

Then after getting said items, I would stab the fairy with the hunting knife and cook her, since I'd be too upset to go and explore the island for other food sources on day 1! 😱 😛

Haha, yeah I threw in the last part for shock-value. I was reminded, for some reason, of a story my 'nilla friend in Illinois wrote for English class once. It was about a fisherman catching a mermaid by accident, and then cooking it, so I figured I'd try to use that in my answer somehow.

Yup! 😀 They got a defenceman called Kim Johnsson who TURNED DOWN a roster spot for the olympics, can you believe it?!? 😱

They are also probably the most underrepresented team (by fans) at the hockey forum I visit. Oh, and Mattias Weinhandl used to play for them; he is one of my favorite Swedish players - if only because he has a badass last name! 😀

It's actually a team that I don't harbor much feelings for, neither positive nor negative. I was just gonna check their roster to give you a comment on the strength of the team itself and holy shit they JUST traded away Kim Johnsson! 😱 I thought he was their team captain, that's lame! D:

Honestly I don't care for sports, but I do root for my home teams whether they are the Twins (baseball), the Timberwolves (basketball), the Vikings (football), or the Wild (hockey). I was just curious on what you thought of them. Since they were brought back, I'm surprised they've managed to survive this long. 😛

Because she has terrible rhethorics, argues in circles, and is an extremely uncharismatic leader. She's like the Swedish version of Sarah Palin in my eyes. Ok, not EXACTLY, but almost! XD I think she was elected as party leader because the Social Democrats wanted to come off as "modern" and pick someone other than a middle-aged man to lead them this time. I couldn't care less how the Social Democrats run their party, but it rubs me the wrong way that she is the official face of the Red/Green Coalition. If they wanted a woman to represent the opposition as well, then they should have chosen Maria Wetterstrand - she's AWESOME!
