Not manga. That is not Japanese work. Looks more like either an American comic or one made by the TK community. However, I think I see Wonder Woman in the last frame...

Yeah HDS is right....
I remember seeing this posted 2 or so years ago. I love these pages, Incredible artwork. But definitely not Manga. Definitely by someone in the community (not mainstream at all). An I love the idea of Wonder Woman battling a .... what is that...... sewer Octopus? So many ticklish possibilities there too

If memory serves me correctly, this is the work of Lou Panther. He had a website of his artwork that usually involved catfights mixed with tickling as well as his own superheroines. I could be wrong though.

Mystery Solved. Those are two pieces done by a an artist named Del. He did them about 10 years ago. Those are the only two pieces in that set. He was going to do more, but they were never completed. There are two or three other pieces of unrelated tickle art that are his that have popped up now and again, but he only posted a handful. If he ever completed the work, then Julie Capp, BZTickler or Hahathna might know. Attatched is a piece he did for Julie.
