Any around? Any been tickled in bondage, what are your precautions (other than inhaler on standby)

I've a do scheduled more or less exactly how I always wanted it to happen but am bothered that the asthma might fuck this up. As we know, it's bloody random, so...

...I'd like to hear from all those asthmatic ticklees who've been tied&tickled for a good long time 😀 please tell me I've no cause for alarm!

I would take the same precautions you do when you exercise. If you're typically able to exercise for an hour without issue, it seems that you'd be able to engaged in any activity, including tickling, without issue for that amount of time.

But I know nothing about asthma, I'm just guessing 🙂

My asthma is mild. Many people don't even know I have it. I carry an inhaler around just in case. It's not going to stop an asthma attack from happening, but if it's difficult to breathe due to the weather or something, it can help. I generally don't tell people because it's not a big deal and I feel like the biggest nerd about it (kids in high school called me Weezy). There have been times where I've laughed so hard that I started to cough or wheeze, but those have been rare times. My breathing usually only is an issue when I have a cold.

I've always got the blue with me. I don't exercise much because of it... Its very random for me as in it's either mild or bloody awful!

I definitely think the lee should tell the ler anything that could affect the session, because the ler needs to know what to do to ensure safety.

I have mild asthma mostly affected by colds and allergies but does flare up at times, if I know I am going to be in for a good session there have been times I take a puff of my albuterol prior as precaution. I have never had an issue but again my asthma is more on the mild side.

I should add if you are considering some fun that might cause you concern just be upfront with your ler and have your inhaler closeby.

I have been asthmatic my whole life and have learned how to over come it mostly. I know mine is weight based, when I was down to 205 lbs it was gone. While I have yet to find a woman who likes tickling or is willing to tickle me for longer than 3 minutes [and they were far and few inbetween] I would still like to add my opinion.

As it has been stated already everyone who has asthma should let their ler know how they are doing that day and should plan tickle sessions on days when the asthma is not heavy [allergy days or lots of rain when it is hot...etc....] Like any other excersise you can start off slow and let the lee tell you to go faster/slower or harder/softer or longer. Most of the time asthma, for those of us who live with it daily, is under good control. As long as the lines of communication are open you should be fine. You shouldn't need any extra major precausions other than instead of safe words maybe set up something they can strike to let you know. [like your leg]
