As far as I know, the "Games" section of this forum is the only place that makes them (In English... Well... bar the occasional flash game that pops up online); so if you stay up to date here, you probably won't miss anything.

If you don't find what you're looking for, how about commissioning someone at TT that does games to make one? They would be able to tell you about pricing and all of those interesting details.

That seems pretty niche. A lot of tickling games exist, I'm sure, but only for one spot on one type of one gender?

You could try playing some, but I doubt they'll only contain that.
