Hi to everyone,
I have a big problem with the clips for sale calstar store.
I have ordered the full "online tickling" clip,58 minutes that it means 59.99 bucks.
I have downloaded it and i was billed for it,but when the download was finished i have discovered that they give to me an 18 minutes clips that was not the one i have paid for.
I hope that clips for sale solves my problem.
As i told them I don't want refound just my f****ng clip!!!!
So everyone pay attention!
I just want to say that I have ordered many time from clips for sale and this is the first time i have this problem.
I think that's calstar's fault

If there is a way to contact the owner of the shop, then do that as well.
He can contact clips4sale and tell them about this and make em send you
the right link to the right video. It normaly goes faster if you go that way.

Sometimes what happenes is a clip upload is interupted and causes this type of thing. If that happened here, the clip store owner can re-upload the clip and you get to re-download it. if it's not that, then I'm not sure what caused it.

I think that the link that they post was wrong,it could happend.
I dont't think it is a connection problem...
I have contact them anyway,they wrote me an e-mail in which they told me that they will solve my problem...
I hope so........ :-D
 
I had that problem happen in my old clips store, once. I don't know what happened, but the person got the wrong clip. Clips4Sale emailed me about it, as I'm sure the customer messaged them.... I ended up directly emailing the customer the clip that way he didn't have to go through the hassle of re-downloading it and it possibly being wrong again.

C4S WILL email the store owner telling them about the problem, if the store owner doesn't respond in a timely manner....well I'm sure you can form your own opinions on that one. 🙂 Just wanted to give you the behind the scenes on this one - that way you know that your message didn't float out into space.

yes my story it's the same one

it sounds like the problem was a database problem,they reupload the clip.
anyway they solves my problem,they where really kind and fast!
now i have my clip :-D

Thumbs up for calstar!!!!
I suggest everyone to buy clips from their store!!!!
