Natalie Tran, oh yeah! How could I forget her? The good ol' days of Communitychannel ... and her episode "why are you ticklish?"... shame it was just about upper body tickling... I remember someone left a comment asking her about ticklish feet but she never responded... I guess we'll never know... sigh...

Yeah shame no one ever tickled her cute feet. She decided to start showing them off in her later videos too.
I've had the pleasure of actually tickling a Vietnamese girl's feet a couple of times. Great memories.

Here's a short one... So I'm sitting in my car with this Vietnamese girl I knew. We're parked and it's night time. Cutting a long story short and going straight to the important part. She'd agreed to let me tickle her feet while in the car. I'd tickled her on another occasion but not her feet. But she had mentioned previously in an online chat that her feet were very ticklish - there was no way in hell I was ever gonna forget that 😀. Her seat was reclined, legs resting on the console between us with her feet in my lap. I began gently tickling her scrumptious, perfect Asian soft soles. She had very ticklish feet indeed. There was lots of giggles and "OMGs", but I gave her plenty of small breaks as I didn't want her to tell me she'd had enough. This went on for a good twenty minutes after which she said "that's enough tickling for tonite - I'm so tired now"... I didn't want to push it so I let go of her feet and just complimented her on being a good sport, and that she had beautiful feet. She actually liked that I liked them.

Ray Gun! Initially when she had her 15 minutes she was a lovely character so tickling would be fun and playful. After he true character came out, the tickling would be more focused. Id love to put her in some stocks, remove her break dancing sneakers, slowly peel off her socks and go to town on her soles and toes.

As an American, I'll admit I'm not too familiar with Aussie celebs, but I'd love to tickle Margot Robbie. I'll dress up as the Joker, tie her to a bed, and tickle punish her as Harley Quinn because of her failures to stop Batman. 😈😍

I've posted a casting for a remake of "The Groove Room" that would feature Margot Robbie in the role of Alice.
Going off the topic here a bit... But ever heard someone laugh, eg on tv, and think it was a really sexy laugh? ... And then wonder what it would be like if they had the crap tickled out of them? Even if you'd never thought about tickling that person? Happened to me twice now, once it was Tracy Grimshaw from A Current Affair... she laughed out loud, a real unscripted laugh, and her laugh was actually (according to me) really sexy... And (don't laugh) another time it was actually Gina Rinehart... Now, I'm sure both ladies are very nice, but they're not exactly my type 😆... but they had really sexy laughs... and I wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall in their bedrooms if, say, a partner would tickle the crap out of them... preferably their feet 😊... Anyone else out there who can think of a "well-known person" with a really sexy laugh?
The girl in your gif is cute, does she actually get tickled with hands or just those things and other tickle tools? Would be a great waste if hands didn't get used. Also can't leave out the tummy and belly button.
Also to answer the question of the thread... no one. I'm australian but the australian accent doesn't appeal to me unfortunately, and being attracted to a girl's voice is important when tickling. That's not to say they all sound awful (some sound awful) but the best ones just sound okay,but I'm looking for voices I find beautiful. I've seen australian girls do an american valley girl accent (there's some aussie girls that nail it) and it immediately flips a switch and makes me way more interested in tickling them.
