Unfortunately, you won't be able to tell the average age of the members on this website considering like 99.9% don't post at all.

But looks as if the average age of posters (so far) are pretty young.

I'm 46, and I just plugged in my age on the poll. But I have a suggestion. You might want the poll to say explicitly "what age range are you in?" because, while that's how I interpret the poll, if taken literally the way it's set up, it could be construed as "what do you think the average age is?" Presumably, the average is what you intend to calculate when you've got a good volume of results in.

By the way, if you feel like doing a little more math, another interesting statistic to calculate would be the median age here. That's what you get when you line up in numerical order all the individuals who responded, and get the age of the individual who is exactly halfway up the list, the person who is older than 50% of fellow members and younger than the other 50%.

My sense of things is that, if the young dominate the fetish scene, it's not nearly as much as the figures collected here so far would indicate.
