I wonder how old the posters are to this great resource, on the average, as well as exactly.

I have a reason for my curiosity, and comparisons with other alternative lifestyles, and "lovestyles".

To get the answers started, I'll send my own:
age 55 (gasp.. yes, a real fan of original barefoot hippie girls)
time in kinky and fetish alternative sensuality scenes 23 years
time in the true rt (real time), versus fantasy fetish scene 14 years - 23 years
time as a foot fan 42 years
time in the true rt (real time) tickling scene - 5 to 10 years
time attempting to coordinate rt tickle parties and cons - 4 to 5 years

I'm 34. I've been into tickling for about seven years. I enjoyed reading articles on tickling before that, but it was in 1997 when I first realized it as a "fetish". As for female feet, I've been into those seemingly since my age of reason.

Hmmm...

I am almost 30.

For 26 years I have known I liked to tickle(not sexually 'slanted' till puberty).
I have been around the "tickling community" since 1994/1995.
The very early days, coincided with my college's first internet connection.
So 10 years involved in "exploring" tickling as far as just typing behind the keyboard.
I have been meeting others into tickling for about oh 4 years now.
About the same time I started going to gatherings.
 
I’m 31, 32 in June. I’ve been into tickling all my life. Some of my earliest memories are of me tickling my cousins. I only consider myself as part of the tk community for the last 3 years. That’s when I got my first computer, until then I didn’t even know that there was such a thing as a tickling community. Up until then I just thought that I was weird, I would never talk to any one about my love for tickling. Oh by the way I’m more ler then lee and my preference is to tickle women. I do enjoy the occasional tickling myself. I don’t really have a favorite place to tickle; I just love to tickle wherever it most tickles or I get the best reaction from. As for me my favorite place to be tickled in is my belly and sides, because that’s where I’m most ticklish. If I’m being held down in some way it only takes me about 20 seconds to start to beg. Well I hope that that answered you question.

I’m 35 and was almost phobic when it came to being tickled for most of my life (long story). always knew that something was missing, but had no idea what it was. loved to tickle (it’s a wonder that some of my friends ever spoke to me again) but would get flat out angry if tickled.

then at 29... I found a tickling chatroom, amt and Hotel Tickle. I figured out what was missing. I couldn’t go back now if I wanted to. I SO don’t want to.
 
I am 42(uggh), I had always wondered why I was fascinated by tickling, either viewing, reading about it, hearing about it until about 6-7 years ago like the others I found like people on the net. Mostly I chatted and lurked for the 1st 5 years, then about 1 1/2 years ago I started getting a bit bolder and meeting people and going to gatherings, like Ayla I can't turn back now, love it too much...

Im almost 30 and been into tickling female feet for shit...god knows, I was getting turned on by the thought of it and doing it at a very very young age (see another thread for a real story..forget which thread LOL). Then when I got online discovered that I wasnt a freak of nature and zillions of others had the same fetish and actual videos were made to satisfy us people..great to be here😀

I have always enjoyed tickling as a sign of affection or being playful. I have to admit, over the past six months or so, it has gone to another level. I honestly didn't see it coming but I am kind of glad that it did. I've have been to a couple of gatherings which have been an enjoyable experience. It helps blow off steam in a much more healthy way than getting blasted.
 
well, I'm 28, married with 3 kiddos, been in the army for 8 years now and recently returned from Iraq. I have fond memories of tickling with my cousins growing up and later on I always tickled the girls I dated. So, it was only fitting that my wife met my standards. Although I never came out of the tickle closet and told her exactlyy what this thing was all about until we were married for a year. I have bought several movies in the past from FP and MagicT and even the notorious FM Concepts, but dont have any movies right now. any donors? 🙂

My experience has been a lot like Ayla's, except that I'm only 22 now. I hated and feared the thought of tickling or being tickled until I accidentally discovered tickling in a sexual context. Then everything suddenly made sense. And there's definitely no turning back for me either!
 
I'm 42, and began tickling my younger sister and female cousins when I was 8 or 9; started tickling neighbor girls and sis's female friends when I was eleven. My dad and mom had occasional playful ticklefights as far back as I can remember...I've always believed witnessing that was a major factor in my enjoyment of playfully tickling/ being tickled by my girlfriends.
