Thanks C.A.B., you're right, when I came across these old renders of mine, I both smiled and winced at the same time... played havoc with my face muscles 😀 . The one thing I found about improving the quality of my renders is... it REALLY increased the render times. For example, the above pics rendered in about 1-3 minutes each... my current renders, because of more sophisticated lighting and textures, can take between 1.5 - 3 hours...some considerably more(the render I did for our "C.A.B. & friends" collaboration took close to 7 hours). Of course, if I got a more up to date computer, that would no doubt speed things up more than a tad 😉

Indeed. Render slogging is probably number 12 on my list of grievances for working in 3D. I suppose I could link up a few super crays... but, alas, I think I will be stuck waiting for technology to catch up to my lack of patience. 😉
