as a man, I've deemed it impossible.
regular food with non-dessert purposes i can cook just fine. But when I add sugar, flour and baking powder in the mix, its just...chaos and disappointment. lol
So in summary, anyone who can bake has my undying respect.

That's interesting,because I was able to make a cake just fine.It's other things I can't make.There are very few things I can cook,but a cake is one of them.

Baking takes practice relent. I remember one of my first forays into baking when I made a muffin/biscuit hybrid by mistake

I made scones yesterday, but they turned out more like cookies because the dough wasn't dough, but more of a batter. Batter based baked goods i can manage; dough fabrication is impossible. Lol

I can bake bread just fine. Nothing like baking 5 loaves, only 4 of which will get frozen because the fifth one is inevitably eaten straight outta the oven, with butter melting on it (pant, pant...).

Stupid diet! I miss homemade bread!
