Lo Lo and Brooke, had a bet: who could get more phone numbers during a night of clubbing. Lo Lo thought Brooke won, so Brooke got to tickle her. But after Brooke couldnt find her phone and produce the proof, so Lo Lo gets a shot at her feet. Lo Lo loves every second of it, especially the babyoil and brush!

Hmm, who would get the most actual numbers? I'd expect Lo-Lo would, but if it was a room full of TMF'ers, the line to be tickled by Brooke would likely stretch across the room. . . A couple of times.
