Batgirl Tormented by Gemlins?

Looking for an old color batgirl drawing, I'd guess it's 15+ years old. Haven't had luck searching the forums. Any help would be appreciated. To the best of my memory, the scene is as follows:

Batgirl is standing, her wrists shackled & arms held over her head in a "Y" by chains. She is surrounded by several gremlin-like creatures. They have succeeded in removing her left boot,; one creature is taking an interest in that leg & stockinged foot. Another sits by her right foot, its fingers near the top of the boot, as if trying to grasp it to pull it off too. One or two others have managed to rip the top of her costume off at the sleeves, revealing her armpits, breasts, & bellybutton. They have long fingers & tongues and, based on the grimace on Batgirl's face, appear to be tickling her armpit & breasts with their fingers, and breasts & bellybutton - and crotch - with their tongues.

I've always liked this pic & wished the artist had drawn more pics depicting the progression of the gremlins' handiwork....
