On the news today: A guy disguised as Batman climbed over the fence of Buckingham Palace, then he climbed up to the front balcony and unrolled a big protest sign. This happened in broad daylight, despite all the security forces around the palace.

Batman turned out to be Jason Hatch, a protester from the organization "Fathers 4 Justice" which wants to improve the legal rights of divorced fathers.

The Royal Family lives in Scotland presently and was not in the palace at the time.

Thank God he only had a protest sign with him, not a bomb...

Still, the imagery is freakin hilarious! :blaugh: But yes, how security let him up there in the first place is a very serious question 😕

Well obviously it wasn't the real Batman. He doesn't come out during the day.

He did with the JL in the part 3 episode , "Secret Origins" ...and did once in the comic book storyline "No Man's Land" (volume number 1 or two..where he took on Scar-face. ) He even said it (in the narration) himself "A first for me: going out in broad daylight..in costume.)

But anyway, yeah it couldn't be the real Batman...if it had been, the guards would've never spotted him...he'd be in and out of the throne room before anyone would even consider that he could possibly be there.

😉 😀

Reminds me of the time I read about (on here, I think) that some guy dressed as Batman beat up some guys , but wasn't caught. Wasn't that in the same town?

Well, I'm going to go put on a rubber bat-suit complete with nipples, start up my neon-lighted turbo powered car, and scare criminals out of their minds. Or not, since at least I know I'm not Batman. (unlike those other guys)🙄

In War Games he just got caught on live video for the first time.

There's not much amusing in the news these days, but the photo of "Batman" on that ledge, poised as if ready to dive off the building, with puzzled security personnel attempting to talk him down was freaking hilarious.

According to the Sun today, Batman's been dumped by his girlfriend, let's hope the poor bloke actually gets more time to see his kids, you gotta admire his front
