I fell in love with your preview and bought the clip. But your online video is in a different definition and my PC doesn't read it. I can see some blocked images only.

^^^ I download my clips to a portable hard drive and play them on my PS3 but for some reason my console doesn't read these clips. It says the file is corrupted and I know that isn't true.
