I love what you said at the end "I love the tickling too much to want it to stop!" Very true!
 
i usually beg for it to stop just because i cant handle the extreme tickling sensations, however the second it stops i want more more more!

A lovely lady was occasionally wont to scream in my ear at climactic moments. My ears sometimes rang afterward, but I never minded.
