If you were tickled by someone you were mad at or just didn't like in general, would your reactions be different? Or do you zero control over your ticklish reactions when tickled no matter what the circumstances are?

:stirthepot:

I'd probably start swinging. If I'm tickled by someone I'm not comfortable with or in a situation where I'm upset, it will only prove to make things worse.

Also when I tickle my gf while she is mad it usually makes us quit arguing.

Often my gals will try to get my ire up just so they can get punished. They know its especially erotic to tickle torture them when I'm miffed at them.

my husband will do this sometimes if I'm upset at him about something...

I hold out temporarily but he always ends up winning lol

Very odd I'm sure but getting tickled by my husband makes me laugh, scream and thrash around. Getting tickled by anyone else just makes me very angry! Lol

This kind of reminds me of that thread that was like "TICKLE PEOPLE DURING TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES! HURRICANE KATRINA? LET ME POKE AT YOUR RIBS AND IT WILL GO AWAY!" but on a much more sensible scale XD.

I don't know, like, I think for some people just being in contact with someone who cares about them could make them feel better, but if it's someone you don't want touching you I can only imagine it would be infuriating and not really fun in the slightest. So I guess it depends on the other person? I'm not really a 'lee, so I don't have firsthand experience, but that's my educated guess.

Yeah, I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree. I thought that other thread was way more interesting, but curiously I don't remember any mention of poking at Katrina's ribs.

As for being on the receiving end, it's hard to tell, as I don't get mad very often. I'd have to be really pissed at a woman to not be receptive to her tickling. I've tickled women when they were mad at me, with various results. Sometimes, it melted away the anger. Other times it was like pouring gasoline on a burning fire.

Nah, but in all seriousness, I just wanted to add that while tickling makes people laugh, it doesn't necessarily put them in a good mood, so I wouldn't count on it fixing a problem. Even if it's a mutual enjoyment thing, like you can like orange juice and be upset about losing your job, but the Tropicana truck driving by is unlikely to make you feel any better.

If I am pissed off or I don't like someone and they tickle me, I will get violent.

Ahhhha hell yeah. Not happening. If it isn't my husband tickling me, the only people who will be laughing are the bystanders when they see me launch a kick between the jerks legs!! lol

I am ALWAYS ticklish. that doesn't change based on who is tickling me, or when. Some people can turn it on and off... I'm surely NOT one of them. But I would have to say, that if I was mad at the person tickling me, my voice would indeed show it. There would probably less regard for the other person's safety (not that I would WANT to hurt them) but if they got kicked in the jaw... so be it. I thrash about quite a bit when tickled- and not because I want to, but I can't say I would 'try' to watch where I'm flailing.
I would be even more pissed if someone I was already angry with tickled me. When I'm angry, best to just let me be and allow me to calm down.
🙂 That being said... I don't get angry very often anyway. 🙂

If I was angry with someone and they tickled me? :hmm: At the very worst I might say "knock it off", "leave me alone" or "stop it" and then walk away, but I'm not some violent lunatic, so I certainly wouldn't attempt to punch her boobs straight on through to her shoulder blades, cave her head in, or use her vagina as a hacky sack. :wow: :sowrong:

I don't think I can turn my ticklishness off. But just like laughin' loud said, they would know I didn't like it. But it depends on who it is that I'm mad at and for what reason.

It depends on the person. If it was a significant other, I would still react, but when it
was over I'd still be mad. If it was someone I didn't want touching me to begin with,
put another point in the "Kick the shit out of the assailant" box for me.

It's never really happened that I can think of. But it would depend on the situation. If it was a man I loved, and by "mad" you mean I'm slightly annoyed at him, a tickle attack would probably be a good way to lift us both out of the negative mood. If I'm mad like, he cheated on me, then I would just get violent. Probably before the tickling.
