He was great. My faovrite of his songs (although it wasn't his biggest hit) was Save the Last Dance For Me. Rest In Peace, Mr. King.

Those who bring music and art into the world make it brighter and give us hope. King was a treasure amongst us. May he rest in peace.

While he may be dead in body, think about one thing, his music is currently on radio waves being continually broadcasted out into space. In a sense, he has become a part of the universe and in a way attained a measure of immortality. So long as we remember him and play his music he'll never be truly gone.
