Yep, this was noted before here. It seems really weird and out-of-the-blue, and considering that the supposed tickling scene doesn't even seem to exist, I strongly suspect that whoever wrote the woman's lines is a creepy foot tickling fetishist. Poor Mr. Norris reacted well to the weird question...

I had to look hard for it. The closest i saw was him rubbing a womans stockling leg with her giggling. No where near the feet. Even saw the entire series. ..nothing
