Yep, I have asthma, too. And acid reflux. Never had an issue during tickling sessions or other play sessions. But it never hurts to forewarn your partner of any medical conditions in advance.

Some of these things can be solved by listening to your body, staying hydrated, having things you might need at hand (like an inhaler for asthmatics)and also communicating some issues you might have and let the tickler know. Just communicate and be safe.
