Best ways to tie people down (need some expert advice) :)

Hey yo!
I have recently begun experimenting with bondage with my girlfriend.
Twice now have i been lucky enough to die her down to my bed using neckties and im pretty satisfied with how bound she is lying flat on her back.
However i was just wondering if any of you (perhaps more experienced members) know even more efficient ways to tie down your victim more some tickling fun.

Unfortunately i do not own any bondage equipment.

Simple- buy the bondage equipment. A decent set of nylon restraints has countless benefits over rope, handcuffs, pantyhose,etc..if your girl is willing to be tied and tickled- make a small investment for your mutual pleasure.

A certain tying method I like to use is slipknots, they're easy to tie, the tightness can be adjusted around wrists and ankles, and usually the ticklee cannot get out of them!
