Last night on BB07 there was a scene where all the Housemates were just waking up. Billy walks over to Hayley's bed and asks if she wants some water. He notices her feet sticking out of the doona covers. he grabs her feet and asks if she is ticklish. The next minute he starts tickling her feet while she squirms around. Another housemate grabs her hands and holds them up high, while Billy then starts on her ribs and tummy. It was great.
