Exist persons not tall with big feet, not really common, but there are people with this feature. Maybe that asian girl is thus.

Maybe I'm seeing things, but I that pic does look photomanipulated, to me.


EDIT:

Yes. I could notice "stray pixels".
The missing toes from the left foot, first of all, and then misaligned shadows around the 'ler's hand, and grainy texture around the 'lee's ankles.

My opinion?
That is a photoedit.
